UPDATE: Shipping Status COVID-19

Dear Meqnes Family,

In order to adhere to safety guidelines we have needed to modify our production process to limit the number of team members working at one time. We also pause frequently to sanitize work areas. These production adjustments mean some orders are experiencing slight delays.


We've received notice that there are delivery delays due to limited flight capacities and flight cancellations as a result of COVID-19. This has been particularly true for parcels leaving the EU, and has forced us to switch to DHL for all of our shipping. If you were part of an earlier batch of shipments that were fulfilled with the Polish national mail service, please hang on with the delay. If you see nothing by the end of the month. We'll re-fulfill your order with expedited DHL at no additional cost.

Please note any delays and fulfillment adjustments are temporary and we hope to be back to normal production capacity soon. As more information becomes available we will continue to update this page to make you aware of any further delays that may impact you.

Do you still ship?

Yes! We still ship packages around the world. Our warehouse and carriers are working non-stop to get all of your orders shipped as fast as possible under these extraordinary circumstances.

Carriers are taking strict safety precautions which results in longer delivery times. We kindly ask you to keep an eye on your tracking information with your local carrier as well as the precautions taken in your own region.

When will my order be shipped?

Our warehouse is working hard to prepare all packages for shipping following all Polish regulations for safety precautions. Because of these new working conditions, shipping your package takes longer than usual.

At the moment, it takes around 10 to 15 days to ship your package. You will receive all tracking information once your order is prepared and ready to be shipped.

When will my order be delivered?

The majority of orders are delivered within the predicted amount of days. However, due to the precautions taken around the world service delays may occur. Orders may take a while to be scanned when arriving in the destination country. This is because the sorting facilities are busier than usual. We understand this can be concerning. Please, rest assured parcels will arrive slowly but surely.
